Questions about the CF Guarantee
How long does the manufacturer’s guarantee last?
On Manufaktur Bavaria robes we provide a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee – it covers material and workmanship defects. For all other products, the statutory warranty of 2 years applies.
Which fabrics are used?
For the collection we rely on FIT4GRAD materials – high-quality, breathable, crease-resistant and hard-wearing. Made-to-measure pieces from Manufaktur Bavaria are crafted from fine natural fibres such as merino wool and merino cashmere.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Germany: 2–3 working days. Express: 24–48 hours. Across the EU: 5–10 working days. For bulk orders we create individual delivery schedules.
Can I also be advised by phone?
Of course. Our customer service is available by phone Mon–Fri from 9:30–16:30 and is happy to advise you on products, sizes, colours and bespoke creations.
Do you also offer made-to-measure?
Yes. For universities, professors and larger orders, our Manufaktur Bavaria tailors to measure – including faculty-specific colours and embroidery. Contact us for a personal quote.
How do you make sure everything is right for the big day?
Every order is checked and carefully packed before shipping. As graduations are fixed dates, we plan with a buffer – for rentals we deliberately send a little extra in case sizes change at short notice. That way your big day is secured with us.
